At Zarqon Atelier, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, and delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping charges apply unless a free shipping promotion is mentioned at the time of purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are only accepted in cases where there is a size issue. If the product you received does not fit properly, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, and accessories or undergarments are also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns for reasons other than size issues unless approved by our team in exceptional circumstances. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
